Image of VoiSecs mounted in a pocket plannerVoiSec is incredibly useful in everyday living for cognitively impaired.

VoiSec works like a “talking label”. With up to 70-seconds recording time, the device can provide more information than a normal label.

Like any other label, VoiSec can be attached to almost anything. Use double-sided tape, magnets, pins or Velcro straps to put it where you want it. Keep the VoiSec with you - carry it in a pocket, pin it to your clothes, hang it around your neck or put it on a wristband. Pinned on a jacket, a VoiSec can be a talking name badge complete with vital medical information, for instance.

VoiSec is easy to see and inviting to press. Mark the top with a felt-tip pen, a picture, or a sticker.  If you don’t like the orange or white colour, contact us for other colors and finishes.

We all need reminders and notes. Anyone can have a “senior moment” but as our memories fail us reminders become even more useful. Get in the habit of using VoiSec in the early stages of cognitive decline so pressing them becomes a habit.

A VoiSec recording is like a short letter… without text. Send someone special a photo with a VoiSec.

Attach VoiSecs to calendars, both wall and pocket sizes, to say what’s planned.

Memories improve with training and a VoiSec is a useful training tool.

Put a VoiSec on top of a picture to link the spoken message with the picture or stick a smaller picture on top of a VoiSec.

Use VoiSecs with text labels to practice reading or with relief stickers to practice Braille.

Put a row of four VoiSecs in a box and put four different pictures on the soft lid. Press a picture to listen to the recording on the underlying VoiSec for a relatively inexpensive training tool.

Make one large talking picture. Attach several VoiSecs to the bottom of a box and put a picture on top. When part of the picture is pressed, the underlying VoiSec plays the recorded message.

VoiSec accessories  let you attach a VoiSec almost anywhere. They include double-sided adhesive, magnets, Velcro patches and straps, brooch pins, and neck straps. More are under development.
